My sis turned me onto a great blog last week. And although, I don’t think I could ever go vegan (too much cheese, chicken, and fish to love!) it wouldn’t be a bad idea to incorporate a few vegan meals/snacks a week. I’ve always been a bit intimidated by a vegan meal other than your basic black bean salad/beans & rice type meals. But these recipes are so cleverly photographed and illustrated that I want to try them all… ok, not all, but most!
